Write a letter to a bus company saying you have left something valuable on the bus and tell them what to do if they find it.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to report to you about the briefcase i left behind in your bus.

I was taking bus 201, at 11.45 AM, today. The moment i left the bus, i realized

that my briefcase is gone. I am pretty sure that i left it in the bus. Please help me check if my briefcase is still inside.

My briefcase is a a soft leather one, brown colored with 2 buckles at the front. The buckles are gold-plated. There's a scratch at the bottom in the left-hand corner of the bag. The brand name is at the top right hand corner, written GUCCI on it.

I have all of my college papers inside the briefcase, and also a novel that i was planning to read after i got home.
