I am one of your customer who recently purchased a laptop from your store.
I am writing this letter to you to inform you about the dissatisfaction i had regarding the laptop.
As soon as i opened my laptop, i realized that the operating system of the laptop is different from what i read in the catalog. In the catalog, it provides windows operating system, but the operating system wasn't installed in the computer i bought. Another thing, i chose a grey color laptop, yet the one i received was a black color laptop. What's worse is, the memory specification is totally different from what's written in the catalog.
i really need this situation to be resolve as soon as possible. I made this decision to buy the laptop from your store because of the previous good recommendations some friends of mine gave about. However, after this experience, i felt disappointed.
I would like you to send me the laptop that i first chose at your store, with the details i filled above in the letter. If i don't get a quick response about this matter, i demand a full refund.
